Quality Management Group is excited to welcome our new Marketing Coordinator, Lauren Crumbaker, to our team!

As Marketing Coordinator, Lauren is responsible for creating and delivering marketing ideas and activities. Lauren also leads key initiatives, such as the development and integration of a customer relations management system, creating a quarterly newsletter, implementing social media and website communications strategies, and several other key projects to assist in the growth of QMG and further strengthen relationships with current customers.

Lauren received her Bachelor of Arts in Communications with an emphasis in Public Affairs from the University of La Verne.

Quality Management Group is excited to welcome five new members to our team!

The new QMG team members are working at Villa Escondido, an affordable senior housing community located in Escondido, Calif. American Opportunity Foundation/Pacific Affordable Housing Corporation recently acquired Villa Escondido, and partnered with QMG to manage the community.

Ana Maria Avalos (Top Right) is the Community Manager at Villa Escondido. She has over 18 years of experience in the property management field, and has been working with Quality Management Group for one month.

Tony Merlo (Not Pictured) is the Maintenance Technician for Villa Escondido. He has over 12 years of property management experience, and just started at Quality Management Group.

Paula Perez (Bottom Right) is a housekeeper for Villa Escondido. She just started with Quality Management Group, but has been a housekeeper for the community for the past two years.

Sandra Guzman (Top Left) is a housekeeper for Villa Escondido. Sandra worked at Villa Escondido for four years then decided to take time off. She has since returned to work for Quality Management Group.

Celina Tirado (Bottom Left) is the Social Services Coordinator for Villa Escondido. She just started with Quality Management Group, but has been working for the community for three and a half years.

Once a month groceries are dropped off from Feeding San Diego, and donated to residents. The team members assist by sorting and packing bags for residents to pick up.
