Mary Hermann - Controller, Operations and Management
Mary brings a wealth of management accounting experience from an array of companies in the property management
and other business sectors. Mary serves as the corporate Controller, and has responsibity for all financial
reporting to our clients and for Quality Management Group, including vendor management. Mary also oversees our Human
Resources needs and best practices.
Mary also has extensive knowledge and applied practice of information technology. As such, she serves
our corporate and field offices as the operations manager, with responsibility for our network maintenance and technical
operation.
Mary holds a Bachelors of Science in Information Systems from the University of Redlands, School
of Business.

Joseph Vera - Director,
Business Development
As the Director of New Business Development, Joe is responsible for the strategic positioning and marketing direction
of Quality Management Group. This includes cultivating prospective client relationships, overseeing new management implementations,
developing alliances with local government housing and urban planners, and networking with regional apartment associations.
Joe has extensive background managing large and small corporate accounts, having managed the western United States for
a Fortune 100 corporation for 18 years in all aspects of client service, training and sales.
Joe holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.
Scott Larson - Sr. Real Estate Agent and Developer
Scott has amassed over 21 years of Sales and Operations Management experience in his career. Acting as our resident
Agent/Developer, Scott specializes in property development, acquisitions, and rehabilitation. His focus is
in the single-family home rehabilitation market, and acquiring vacant lands for multi-family and in-fill projects for our
company, and for private investors.
Scott is native to the Inland communities, with established ties to many private business sectors. His keen
insight to the market has led to the expansion of our private portfolio.
Deneice Morton - Sr. Property Manager
Deneice is an 11 year industry veteran, having cultivated an array of experience in all aspects of property
management, from daily operations to fiscal planning. Deneice oversees the field operations from our
Fontana office, and has responsibility for properties in the Inland Empire and greater Los Angeles county markets.
Deneice has extensive experience managing affordable housing communities and is well versed in HUD, Section
8, and various Tax Credit assistance programs.
Angela Ortega - Property Manager, Office Operations
With an extensive background in front office operations, Angela provides internal
support to our corporate office and leadership support to our field personnel. Her responsibilities include preparation
and maintenance of monthly financials, vendor management, and property management responsibilities. In three fast
years, Angela efficiently delivers the insightful knowledge of a long-term property management industry expert.
Vivian Virrey - Property Manager
With 7 years experience in the Property Management industry, Vivian brings broad knowledge of the day-to-day operation
requirements. Acting as an on-site manager in our Fontana field office, Vivian oversees resident needs, and is
our leasing consultant for single-family homes and other properties in the Fontana market.
Miguel Hernandez - Property Manager
With 2 years experience managing small sized communities, and 3 years experience working for the Fair Housing
Mediation Board, Miguel brings valuable industry knowledge of the affordable markets. Miguel has responsibility for
the Valencia Woods property in Fontana and also acts in a regional capacity for smaller communities and single family
homes in the San Bernardino region.
