In 1984 Mr. Joshua LaBarge founded Quality Management Group based on his need of managing personal investment properties. 

Gradually, Quality Management Group expanded beyond management of the network of single-family homes and small multi-family communities. 

Today, Quality Management Group offers a full spectrum of property management services tailored to meet the needs of small to medium sized residential communities for the private investor and for local area municipalities. 

Quality Management Group has experience managing conventional communities, working with cities to provide affordable housing requirements, and working with housing developers to rehabilitate and make profitable deteriorating and underperforming communities.
